Watch the 2020 summit videos

Do you know what billionaires like Elon Musk and people like the rest of us have in common? 24 hours in a day, 365 days in a year. Time, it’s the one constant between all of humanity. In today’s episode, we will go over various time management techniques to help you get more done in less time. Imagine taking advantage of Parkinson’s Law by only giving yourself 2 hours to do a full day’s work. You would then be forced to focus on the 20% of high impact tasks that would yield 80% of your businesses results in that day and throw out (or delegate) the rest, AKA the Pareto Principle (or 80/20 rule). Overwhelmed about how you’re going to do 8 hours of work in only 2 hours? Use the Pomodoro technique to break down your most important work into short intervals and take frequent breaks. Use all of these techniques in conjunction with Timeboxing and add hours to your day!
