It may take a village to raise a child but it takes a community to raise a business. Tools like Facebook groups and Slack channels can be effective ways of educating and engaging your core audience. Building a sense of community with your users can really differentiate you from the competition and give you the springboard needed to get quality feedback on new features or be the first new customers for new business ventures.
